On arrival we were welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with goodies from the region.

What a beautiful location, an active farm/square farm with a luxurious holiday home for 10 people, 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each room.

Super cozy and all modern amenities are available, underfloor heating, oven and microwave, dishwasher….. and what beautiful floors there are in the hallway and bathrooms….

1 dog is welcome, the enclosed garden is very handy, there are several walks in the area (also with junctions) and restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

We walked in Teuven, went for a drink in Zotte Lambiek (beer cafe), we walked in Voeren,  “de Commanderie” and went for a drink in Gasterij de Commanderie.

“Moeder De Gans” and “Cafe Modern” are also recommended.

The owners, the Simons family are super friendly people, we even got a tour (on New Years Day!) in the stables during the milking of the cows, visited the calves from 1 to 3 days old, very interesting if you have never seen this before, the farmer was happy to answer all our questions about farm life.

In addition to cows, there are also a sweet Border Collie, various cats, goats, pigs, etc…..

Here you can fully enjoy the peace, nature and delicacies that the Voer region has to offer.

The farm itself has no website, we booked through Ardennes étappe.
